Sindhu Naturals sells wood cold-pressed edible oils, including Groundnut Oil and Coconut Oil, extracted using the traditional kolhu/ghani method.

Orders placed on this website are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We currently deliver products across India through our logistics and delivery partners. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location and availability of the product. Delivery timelines may be affected by remote locations, weather conditions, holidays, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will receive available order and shipment updates through the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, customers should contact Sindhu Naturals customer support as soon as possible after delivery and provide the relevant order details and photographs where applicable.

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed after verification and approval. The refund will generally be made to the original payment method or through the applicable payment process. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and customer's bank.

Food and edible oil products may not be eligible for return after delivery except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy.

Sindhu Naturals will take reasonable steps to ensure that product information, pricing, availability, and website content are accurate. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Sindhu Naturals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and your use of the Sindhu Naturals website and services shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services.
